2. Memberships & Bookings
- Booking of coworking desks, private cabins, meeting rooms, or virtual offices is subject to availability and confirmation from our team.
- All membership plans (daily, monthly, or yearly) are non-transferable.
- Members are expected to maintain professional conduct and respect other coworkers while using the facilities.
3. Payments & Refunds
- Payments for memberships and services must be made in advance as per the selected plan.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Any promotional offers or discounts are valid for a limited time and subject to change at our discretion.
4. Cancellations
- Cancellation of bookings (meeting rooms or event spaces) must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
5. Facility Usage
- Members are responsible for the security of their belongings. Elev8 Coworking is not liable for any theft, damage, or loss.
- Any damage caused to furniture, equipment, or infrastructure by a member will be charged to that member.
- Smoking, illegal activities, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited within the premises.
6. Virtual Office Services
- Virtual office services (business address, mail handling, GST registration support) are provided only for legitimate business use.
- Any misuse, fraudulent activities, or violation of Indian laws will result in immediate termination of the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Elev8 Coworking shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., internet downtime, natural disasters, government restrictions).
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our facilities or website.
8. Intellectual Property
